What data we collect

Account data: your email address and, optionally, your name.

Working data: dictated audio, its transcript, and the radiology reports you generate.

How data is processed

Audio is transcribed to text, and the text is structured into a report using third-party AI processing services (sub-processors). We do not publicly disclose the specific providers.

Audio and dictations

By default, audio is processed transiently and discarded. The transcript and the generated report are stored in the application database.

Separately, you may voluntarily enable retention of your own dictations — the audio together with the verbatim recognised text — so that we can improve Ukrainian medical speech recognition. This is off by default, is enabled only at your explicit request, can be turned off at any time, and retained recordings are deleted on request. The data is used solely to improve recognition and is not shared beyond the sub-processors listed above.

Do not dictate patient names, dates of birth or other identifiers aloud. We strip them from text before it reaches a model, but that is technically impossible for an audio recording.

Data sharing and sub-processors

We do not sell your data. Processing is performed by reputable third-party sub-processors.

A sub-processor list is available to enterprise customers on request under a non-disclosure agreement (NDA).

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data. Contact us to do so.
