What data we collect

Account data: your email address and, optionally, your name.

Working data: dictated audio, its transcript, and the radiology reports you generate.

How data is processed

Audio is transcribed to text, and the text is structured into a report using third-party AI processing services (sub-processors). We do not publicly disclose the specific providers.

Audio is not stored

Audio is processed transiently and discarded — we do not store it. The transcript is the source of truth. The transcript and the generated report are stored in the application database.

Data sharing and sub-processors

We do not sell your data. Processing is performed by reputable third-party sub-processors.

A sub-processor list is available to enterprise customers on request under a non-disclosure agreement (NDA).

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data. Contact us to do so.
