Acceptance of terms

By using RadVoice you agree to these Terms. The service is intended for licensed medical professionals.

RadVoice helps structure radiology reports from dictated text. It is an assistant, not an autonomous diagnostic system.

RadVoice is not a medical device. All clinical decisions and the final report remain the physician’s responsibility.

Provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.

Use the service only as a licensed professional. Misuse, automated abuse, reverse engineering, and unlawful content are prohibited.

During the beta the service is free and provided “as is”. Paid plans will arrive later — see the pricing page.

Data is handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy. Audio is not stored.

RadVoice owns the software and the system templates. You retain ownership of the report content you create.

During the beta the service is provided “as is”, without warranties of fitness for a particular purpose.

To the extent permitted by law, RadVoice is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

We may suspend access in case of a breach of these Terms. You may stop using the service at any time.

We may update these Terms. Continued use of the service means acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine.
